Jeevadaramu Addepalli is a Partner at Chaim Consulting and the Founder of Chaim Consulting. A Chartered Mechanical Engineer, he brings over two decades of diverse experience across aeronautics, mining, energy, manufacturing, consulting, and sustainability sectors.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, Australia, and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from CQUniversity, Australia. Jeevadaramu is a registered engineer with Engineers Australia (NER), and holds international recognition as an APEC Engineer and IntPE (Aus).

Throughout his career, he has held leadership and engineering roles in globally recognized organizations such as Rio Tinto, AGL Australia (formerly Macquarie Generation, NSW Government), Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Momentive Performance Materials USA, Infosys, and Kusalava International Limited.

Jeevadaramu’s core expertise lies in contract generation, strategic sourcing, occupational health and safety management (ISO 45001:2018), lean manufacturing, project management, and capability development for SMEs.
